When nature awakens and spring is coming, the first steelheads and king salmon already start their migration up the river. Springtime is one of the best season for angling the legendary steelhead. With some skill and a bit of luck you can outwit one of these strong fighters with a dry fly – what a fantastic experience! On top of that, you will also find the first king salmon in the river.

The main season for fishing king salmon lasts from mid-June to the end of July. In our waters you can not only catch those great fighters with the well known spin fishing technique but you can also lure and catch them with the fly. That's why we assembled a special program for fly fishing enthusiasts: Experience the thrill of your lifetime!

This period offers you the chance to fish for all kinds of pacific salmon as well as the coveted steelhead. The fishing during this time of year focuses mainly on the Skeena River. An Eldorado for fly fishing fanatics.

As soon as autumn dawns, the mighty northern coho enter the rivers, joined by the beautiful steelheads. Both kinds of fish attack the fly very aggressively. Enjoy the wonderful landscape and observe in the sometimes cristal clear water how the fly is first being pursued and then taken.

If you want do do a longer outing, we will gladly provide you with an RV. Enjoy the wonderful nature, venture into the further surroundings or make a short angling trip to the Yukon to catch Arctic Greylings or Lake trouts. The motorhome costs CAD 225.--/day.
